Suarez beats Messi

Copa America seems to bare a couple of surprises for the fans. Who will get the Golden Boot?
Despite being the pre-tournament favourite in the Golden Boot run, Lionel Messi gave up his spot to a Barcelona teammate Luis Suarez, who had a brilliant start of the tournament in Brazil.
One of the top online bookmakers now has Suarez at 5.00 (4/1) to become the top scorer in the Copa America coming from the pre-tournament odds of 8.50 (15/2). This shows a high possibility of the experienced footballer to top the tournament.
Another teammate falls short to Suarez and this time it is the Brazil forward Philippe Coutinho, who secured the second spot in the Golden Boot run. Coutinho is priced by one of bookies at 6.00 (5/1).
Notwithstanding all the doubts about Argentina’s advance deeper in the tournament Messi is still tied with Coutinho at 6.00 (5/1) falling from 4.00 (3/1) pre-tournament odds.
It is a little too early to be sure who will get the trophy but Brazil seems to still be favourites to win Copa America with 2.20 (6/5) odds which gives Coutinho a bit of an edge over other contenders.
