The transfer window is almost over, but the Premier League still has much going on. This time Manchester United is showing some hesitation. 

Italian Lazio expressed some interest in selling their valuable asset Milinkovic-Savic, a 24-year-old Serbian.

United has some decisions to make as time is ticking away. Sergej would be a great fit the MU as they are short-handed in the midfield after Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrara unfilled leave. Another issue is Paul Pogba, who has requested a trade and Rumelu Lukaku, who has his eyes on Seria A.
