Drizzy takes over the betting world during NBA Eastern Conference Finals
One of the most financially successful Hip-Hop artists of 2018 - Drake flipped the betting world upside-down with his NBA ECF appearance. Grabbing headlines for massaging a Toronto Raptors head coach during the game, starting an Instagram “cold war” with Mallory Edens, daughter of one of the Milwaukee Bucks owners, and just by making his presence noticed.
After the Game 5 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, Toronto Raptors took a 3-2 lead giving themselves a chance for their first NBA Finals trip in a last couple of decades. Toronto-born, a die-hard Raptors fan (Drake) made sure to keep the support of his team on the highest level the NBA has ever seen. After making a couple of stunts, the rapper made himself a quite of an event, which bookmakers were not about to pass on.
