William Hill prolonged agreement with the Snooker Association

As it is known the British bookmaker William Hill is famous for its sponsoring activity.

Just recently the bookmaker firm concluded an agreement with the Scottish Football Federation. This time William Hill prolonged its partnership agreement with the World Snooker Association for the two following years. According to this agreement the bookmaker provides sponsoring support to the British snooker Championship, which will take place from the 1st to the 9th of December this year in York Barbican Centre.

The UK Championship is greatly popular not only in Great Britain but all over the world. This championship is the second largest snooker tournament in the world, being held yearly since 1977. 32 best world players participate in the tournament, fighting for the prize fund of £625 000. Both sides of the agreement expect for a mutual benefit from it, considering that this is not the first year of their cooperation.
